How we control the TH2 Cartridge quality?

1 Raw material quality control:
From the raw material we control the quality strictly, for example ceramic material, each batch material should meet ROHS standard and We inspect the size, porosity, R value etc must meet the request.
2 When assembling, how we control the vape cartridge assembling process?
Every step will be followed based on SOP by on line workers, and there also QC, each line to inspect if every flow is correctly operated.
3 After the batch oil cartridge production, how we do inspection?
The QC workers will be based on SIP file to do a series of inspection, which include appearance, structure and function, size etc.
4 What kind of testing do we do with the finished cartridge atomizer?
